  3. For each failed attempt, the logistics provider must leave a delivery notice at the customer's address. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package will remain in the custody of the logistics provider in the status of "Envelopes with Problem" until you or the customer service of MAELENTES SA de CV issues an instruction to transfer the respective package to a store or branch of the logistics provider in the "OCURRE" mode (Logistics Provider Service Store). 16. ORDER RETURNS DUE TO QUALITY, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

18. MONEY REFUND

Coupons do not apply to shipping fees unless otherwise noted. All prices are in Mexican pesos, and include I.V.A. Prices may change without prior notice due to external factors: currency devaluations, drastic changes in the exchange rate, among others.
