HOW SHIPMENTS WORK?
All orders are processed and scheduled for shipment only from Monday to Friday through FEDEX.

If you place your order during the presale, you will enjoy free shipping within Mexico.
This shipment will be made on the day of its official launch (Nov/23/2020), and will take 2-5 business days to arrive.

All orders placed after 12 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Orders processed during holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
The estimated time for National standard shipping is 2-5 business days once your payment has been processed.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Confirmations are sent by email when your order has been processed and when your order has been shipped.
You can enter your account with your email and the status of your order will appear.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Your Guide Number will be sent in the order confirmation email so that you can track it from the official page of FEDEX, https://www.fedex.com and so the package does not return for lack of information for the package such as address references or entrecales. If this happens, the customer must bear the cost of the new shipment.
HOW CAN I INVOICE MY PURCHASE?
Send an email to contacto@xadesmx.com with your order number and your complete billing information and the invoice will be sent to you within a maximum period of 5 business days.
