Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

The estimated time for National Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days once your payment has been processed.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Confirmations are sent by email when your order has been processed and when your order has been shipped.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Your Guide Number will be sent in the order confirmation email so that you can track it from the official page of FEDEX, https://www.fedex.com and so the package does not return for lack of information for the package such as address references. If this happens, the customer must bear the cost of the new shipment.
